To the max
This summer, don’t stop at one standout piece. Go for them all. Mix and match polka dots, stripes and florals from the likes of Natalie Martin, Mestiza and GirlsMustHave. If you’re a bit color-shy, accessorize through color-blocking jewels from Anabela Chan and Yi Collection to give any neutral look a vibrant pop.

Given you’re always on the go, what are your go-to staple pieces for transitioning from day to night?
It’s always in the accessories for me. I like to throw a blazer over my look, add some bold jewels and of course add a heel.

Lightweight fabrics are a must for summer and neutral, subdued hues complement them best. Try out Hellessy’s blush-colored jeans or Cecilie Bahnsen’s sheer baby pink dresses paired with deep brown shades. Layer with Gabriela Artigas’ refined, two-toned pieces to finish the look.

What does Santa Barbara style mean to you?
After growing up in Manhattan Beach, and then spending time in San Diego for college, [I’ve noticed] Santa Barbara [style] to be more refined. It has a cooler temperature, so [there’s] lots of layering. It’s more Ralph Lauren, and gives a “coastal with a touch of hippie” vibe.

How do you style jewelry in a way that feels true to you and pulls the whole look together?
Styling jewelry is extremely personal, and I always encourage my girlfriends to build it throughout the years and not to acquire an entire collection at once. Your jewelry should tell a story and adding the pieces one by one helps create a thoughtful, put together collection.
